Reforming the FCC

We used two anonymous Questionnaires (one Supervisory and one Employee borrowed at no cost from the US Navy) sent them to all employees then visited each field station and bureau to analyze strengths and weakness’s and made recommendations for improvement
In those times the FCC was likewise regulating the industry with a 6 minute limit of commercials for each hour of programing. On Jan 29, 2010 the Comcast CEO Brian Roberts complained about over regulation. I spend $160 per mo for access to the publicly owned spectrum and now must listen to 30 mins of commercials every hour. MY CONCERN IS THAT MY GRANDCHILDREN WATCHING TV FOR FIVE HRS A DAY ARE HAVING THEIR THINKING ABILITY STOLEN FOR 2 1/2 HOURS by cascading commercials. As a Nobel Laureate stated this is the worst crime in our Nation
